Momentum Solar New York

Utility rates keep climbing and nobody can tell you what their bill will look like down the road. With solar, you know exactly what your energy costs for the next quarter century - with no upfront costs. You simply pay a predictable monthly fee for the power your own roof generates, like a subscription. And should you ever sell, the lease is fully transferable.

Does Your Home Qualify?

1. Roof Condition

Your roof must be in suitable condition to safely support a solar system for the long term.

2. Roof Orientation to the Sun

The direction and positioning of your roof help determine how much sunlight your panels can capture and how much energy they can produce.

3. Credit

Credit is one of the factors used to determine eligibility for Momentum Solar’s no-upfront-payment solar program.

4. Shading

Trees, nearby buildings, and other obstructions can reduce the sunlight reaching your roof and affect solar production.

5. Power Usage

Your current electricity usage helps determine whether solar makes sense for your home and how your system should be designed.
